By registering and bidding, I hereby agree to all of the terms and conditions of this auction, and I further attest that I have the full capacity and authority to purchase items I am bidding on. I understand I am entering into a contract with the intent to purchase items that I bid on; contingent upon bid award from auctioneer and/or seller(s). All items are sold as-is, where-is with no guarantee or warranty, express or implied.

Vehicles auctioned MAY have expired license tags. If that is the case, the buyer is responsible for any past fees due. Past DMV fees may be calculated here: DMV Registration Fee Calculator Public/Private administrators/guardians and/or any other sellers of the vehicles will provide and complete documentation to the winning bidder(s) for necessary transfer of ownership.

There are several laws and regulations that need to be considered when purchasing a firearm and/or ammunition. All transactions will be completed by a licensed firearm dealer through the California Department of Justice according to state, federal, and local guidelines. Your firearm and/or ammunition will be delivered to one of our approved gun dealers for transfer proceedings to begin. Within 7 days of bid award, you will need to contact the gun dealer and provide them with pertinent information and documentation to complete the transfer. You will not receive your firearm until after the legal waiting period and approval by appropriate agencies. Please verify that you are legally entitled to own a firearm and/or ammunition. No refunds will be awarded should you fail to qualify for ownership. Preferred FFL Holder: Lompoc Outdoor Sportsman - John Dwyer - 805-733-3022 for legal transfers. Please contact him directly for handling and transfer fees.

All items are subject to withdrawal or prior sale. While descriptions are believed to be correct, it is solely buyer's responsibility to inspect the item(s) and verify the accuracy of the description. Pictures and descriptions may not actually represent an exact depiction of the item you are bidding on or purchasing. Variables such as lighting will affect the picture and can alter the true color of woods, glass, metals, etc. Seller(s) and/or auctioneer(s) have not carefully inspected the assets, and some damage and/or old repaired damage may exist. Measurements are estimated and where multiple items are represented with only one measurement, the measurement is given for the convenience of the bidder/purchaser to scale all of the items. Sellers and/or auctioneer(s) assume no liability toward the accuracy of descriptions or for any other reason referred to in the nature of this agreement.

Items must be paid in full upon bid award and picked up within ten days of auction end. You will receive a telephone call within 48 hours of auction end to schedule a pick up.

Terms: Cash, cashier's check, credit card upon bid award. Sales tax, if applicable, and a 20% buyer's premium, shall be added to the bid amount and paid by buyer. PLEASE NOTE THE ADDITIONAL 20% BUYERS PREMIUM (AUCTION FEE) and SALES TAX that will be ADDED to your bid amount upon bid award/payment.

All prospective bidders and winning bidders must adhere to County and State health officer orders with respect to the control of COVID-19. This includes, but is not limited to social distancing (6' or greater) and face covering (nose and mouth). Only two people per appointment will be allowed to the inside premise for previews or pickups. If you have a cough or fever, please send someone else to preview or collect the items you have been awarded.

Need item(s) shipped? Contact us directly for your particular needs and requirements. You will incur and be responsible for shipping and packing fees plus handling charges. You will need to contact a local packaging and shipping store and obtain your shipping quotes prior to bidding. You will communicate and transact shipping dynamics directly with the packing and shipping establishment.

Our fees to drop off items on your behalf are relative to what you are bidding on. The greater quantity and larger the size, the greater the drop off fees will be. You will need to contact crating and rigging companies for furniture or large pieces that are not handled by local pack and ship stores.
